The Pavilion, which is currently underneath building, is found at the gateway to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford.
The 17,000 sq ft house is built by architects ACME and the style will incorporate a floor flooring café, brasserie, first flooring cafe and a rooftop bar. Property 7 days understands the operator will run “the wide majority” of the house.
The properties also included a 3,000 sq ft roof terrace.
The new letting will increase to D&D’s listing of dining places in the funds such as Bluebird Chelsea, German Gymnasium in Kings Cross and Fiume in Battersea Energy Station.
IQL is a £2.4bn joint enterprise amongst Lendlease and LCR, making a 22-acre neighbourhood consisting of household, offices, retail and dining places.
